Siemens Energy is seeking a Mechanical Senior Engineer for our Service Operations team in Spain. You will diagnose and resolve complex mechanical issues on industrial steam turbines and generators at customer sites, perform preventive maintenance, and manage on-site activities independently while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will serve as the primary technical advisor to customers, build lasting relationships, and drive continuous improvement in service processes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of field service engineering experience with industrial turbines/generators.
• Ability to work independently on complex technical problems and manage service projects.
• Strong troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and test equipment usage skills.
• Excellent customer relationship management and analytical abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex mechanical and electromechanical issues on turbines and generators at customer sites.
• Conduct scheduled and unscheduled preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
• Independently manage on-site activities, ensuring safety regulations and quality standards are followed.
• Serve as the primary technical advisor to customers, developing relationships to understand needs and secure future business.
• Contribute to service process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions.
