Sales Executive — Multifamily Leasing & Open Houses

Greystar is seeking a Sales Executive in Madrid to support leasing and occupancy goals for Canvas by handling inquiries, qualifying leads, arranging tours, and processing resident paperwork.

You will respond to calls, emails, and chats, convert inquiries into leases, and work with CRM and property portals to maximize occupancy and revenue. Experience in hospitality or similar sales is valued, with strong English and local language skills.

Qualifications

• Good level of general education evidencing literacy and numeracy.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook as well as other systems such as databases/booking systems, e.g. Entrata/Yardi/Salesforce.
• Experience & skills in customer service and sales in a world-class accommodation/hospitality environment; ability to influence and exceed targets.
• Strong organisational skills, ability to multitask and maintain accuracy.
• Culturally aware with strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Team player with a proactive, autonomous approach.

Responsabilités

• Works as part of a team to deliver an exceptional resident journey.
• Responds to all incoming sales channels and initiates proactive outbound contact to convert leads.
• Answer all calls, email and live chat enquiries professionally to hit KPIs.
• Qualifies potential applicants and updates contact details in relevant systems.
• Converts enquiries into viewing appointments and leases to meet occupancy targets.
• Conducts viewings and follow-ups with prospects.
• Converts leads and tours into residents through needs-based selling and negotiation.
• Follows up on required documentation, contracts and payments.
• Updates property portals to list available apartments and generate leads.
