Habyt GmbH is seeking a Sales Associate Intern for our flex living building in Madrid. You will support the sales team as the first contact for prospective members, guiding them from initial enquiry to signed contracts while helping keep the building fully occupied.

You’ll work with Sales, Revenue, Operations and Guest Experience teams to match future members with the right home and ensure a smooth move to Habyt.

Formación

• Currently pursuing university studies or recently graduated in business, hospitality, real estate, marketing or related field.
• Strong communication, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• No prior experience required; customer-facing or sales experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support the sales team by handling inbound leads via website, phone, email, and WhatsApp; qualify needs and move-in dates.
• Assist with on-site visits and virtual tours, presenting apartment types and amenities.
• Follow up with leads by phone and email to convert inquiries into bookings and keep the CRM up to date.
• Help prepare offers and contracts and support signing and move-in processes.
• Maintain availability and pricing accuracy across channels to maximize occupancy.
• Coordinate with Guest Experience for a seamless check-in handover.
• Track pipeline and conversion metrics and gather market insights for the team.
• Learn and follow SOPs, brand standards and GDPR requirements.
• Manage the booking journey from enquiry to reservation confirmation and handover in the CRM.
