Seagull Software is seeking a senior Sales Engineer to drive regional sales in the DACH area and lead a small regional SE team. You will own technical demonstrations, discovery, and pipeline development while collaborating with regional managers and HR on staffing.

You will travel up to 50% across the EMEAI region, mentor 2–3 Sales Engineers, and engage with customers to translate complex software solutions into business value.

Formación

• 3–7 years of pre-sales technical experience in a tech company, focusing on process analysis and re-engineering.
• 2–5 years in customer-facing roles presenting and demonstrating complex software solutions.
• Professional fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel within the region up to 50%.
• Strong knowledge of Windows architecture, printing systems, ERP/WMS/MRP applications, databases, networking.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Regional Sales Managers to meet and exceed regional revenue targets.
• Lead technical discovery, process analysis/re-engineering, and deliver tailored product demonstrations.
• Travel up to 50% across the region to support high-value meetings and events.
• Direct a team of 2–3 Sales Engineers across EMEAI; manage day-to-day operations and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with the EMEAI Sales Director to resource opportunities and participate in quarterly leadership reviews.
