Job summary

The Social Hub is seeking a community, events and membership intern to join the Membership team at our Barcelona office for a 6-7 month full-time, on-site internship starting December 1, 2026.

You will support internal projects, coordinate with regional managers, assist with event planning, track deadlines, and help develop the events and ambassador programs while gaining hands-on experience in hospitality and project management.

Qualifications

• Enrolled as a university student for the entire internship period.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Available for a full-time, in-person internship in Barcelona (40 hours/week).

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for event queries and manage requests.
• Join community events and activations in Southern Europe, provide bi-monthly insights to the Regional Programming Manager.
• Help curate the events strategy and ambassador programme.
• Support Membership team with deadlines, notes, monthly reports and highlights.
• Research market offerings and competitor propositions.
• Assist with development and refinement of events and membership projects.
