POP MART is looking for a Sales Associate to join our team in Madrid. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, support daily operations, and represent the POP MART brand positively.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of retail experience and is fluent in Spanish, English, and Chinese. A proactive attitude and a passion for designer toys are essential. This is a dynamic retail environment with opportunities for growth and training.

Formación

The Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team in Madrid! As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding in-store experience, supporting daily operations and representing the POP MART brand with energy and positivity. Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, helping customers discover and fall in love with our products
• Support the Store Manager in daily store operations
• Ensure the store is always clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Handle payments and follow correct procedures at the cashier point
• Monitor product availability and support stock management
• Help with inventory checks and prevent stock loss or damage
• Participate in new product launches and merchandising updates
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Be a team player, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive store environment
• Be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a retail or customer-facing role
• Fluent in Spanish, English and Chinese with strong communication skills
• A proactive attitude and a passion for delivering great customer service
• Ability to support sales goals and contribute to team performance
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks
• Reliable and well-organized, with strong attention to detail
• Basic experience with cash handling and administrative tasks like scheduling
• Good time management and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
• A team player who brings positivity and helps motivate others

Desirable but Not Essential

• Experience in the toy or collectibles industry
• Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques
• Familiarity with retail management software and point-of-sale systems
