Job summary

POP MART Madrid is seeking a customer-focused Sales Associate to deliver an outstanding in-store experience, support daily operations and represent the POP MART brand with energy. Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, helping customers discover and fall in love with our products
• Support the Store Manager in daily store operations
• Ensure the store is always clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Handle payments and follow correct procedures at the cashier point
• Monitor product availability and support stock management
• Help with inventory checks and prevent stock loss or damage
• Participate in new product launches and merchandising updates
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Be a team player, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive store environment
• Be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
