Jumbo, a pioneering toy company, seeks a Data Operation Specialist to join our international team. You will ensure data accuracy and reliable records through daily data entry, data stewardship alignment, and strict adherence to capture standards.

Your role includes maintaining trackers and flagging issues to keep data healthy. You’ll work with the Data Operation Lead, learn our business through data, and enjoy flexible benefits such as remote work options, private health insurance, and ongoing

Qualifications

• 0 to 2 years’ experience in data or administration (internships or student jobs counted).
• Attention to detail and reliability; pride in accuracy and dependability.
• Familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry tools; PIM tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Keep data accurate and complete by coordinating with data stewards and departments.
• Perform routine data entry accurately and on time; update incomplete or outdated records.
• Follow data capture standards consistently across all records.
• Maintain intake trackers and status logs to show what has been received and processed.
• Flag recurring or unusual issues to the Data Operation Lead to spot patterns and drive fixes.

Every report, dashboard and business decision relies on records that are accurate and up to date. As our Data Operation Specialist, you will keep that foundation solid by handling day-to-day operational data entry and making sure our records stay complete and reliable.

You will work closely with the Data Operation Lead, follow clear standards and processes, and learn how the business works through its data.

What you will do:

Keep our data accurate and complete

• In coordination with the Data Operation Lead, you will align with the different departments’ data stewards to gather and confirm the accurate data
• Perform routine, day-to-day data entry accurately and on time.
• Update records flagged as incomplete or outdated so that information stays current and trustworthy.
• Follow the data capture standards set by the Data Operation Lead, applying them consistently across all records.

Track and report

• Maintain intake trackers and status logs so the team always knows what has been received, processed or is still pending.
• Flag recurring or unusual issues to the Data Operation Lead, helping the team spot patterns and fix problems at the root.

What You Bring

• 0 to 2 years’ experience: This can be your first role. Internships or student jobs involving data or administration are a plus.
• Attention to detail and reliability: you take pride in getting things right and people can count on you.
• Tool basics: basic familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry tools. Experience with any PIM tool is a plus.
• Curiosity: a willingness to learn the business domain and understand what data means.
• Communication: good day-to-day communication skills and confidence to raise a question or flag an issue.
• Language: English is a must‑have as you’ll work within an international environment, Spanish or French is a plus.
