Furla store at La Roca Village in Spain is seeking a Sales Assistant to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales. You will become a brand ambassador, leveraging product knowledge and trends to engage shoppers and exceed targets.

As part of a team, you will support daily store operations, maintain a positive environment, and ensure policy compliance while providing an outstanding client experience.

Formación

• Experience in retail or fashion sales.
• Excellent command of English.
• Knowledge of fashion trends is a plus.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Consistently achieve or exceed monthly individual and store sales goals, enhancing and developing the business Work as a team player and a partner with fellow associates, foster open and constructive communication, to ensure a consistent, exceptional experience and contribute to a positive working environment Provide an exceptional customer service experience by exceeding their expectations, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products as well as the Brand history Drive and exceed individual KPI goals, by ensuring the highest level of Customer Service and quality of sales Capture meaningful customer data according to the Company tools (CRM), for the purposes of connecting with the client, building relationships and personalizing future client development opportunities Ability to discuss with clients and give advice on general trends in the fashion world Contribute to the daily operations of the store Follow all company policies and procedure Maintain security standards within the store

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Smart, intelligent, fun, goal orientated, and driven by integrity Excellent English Retail Leadership experience in a vertically integrated company Knowledge of the Markets is an asset Hands On mindset Self-starter Availability to work flexible shifts Accessories experience is an important plus Results-oriented and process driven, with high expectations of self and team Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Encourage an open, honest and positive team environment
