Napapijri is seeking an inspiring Store Manager for the La Roca Village location in Spain. You will lead the store team to achieve sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience, while acting as a brand ambassador and ensuring operational excellence.

You will recruit, coach and develop talent, manage stock and visual presentation, and partner with the District Manager to drive opportunities and improvements in a dynamic international environment. Fluent Spanish and English are required.

Formación

• Experience as Store Manager or equivalent in retail.
• Strong people management and coaching abilities.
• Commercial mindset with ability to analyse KPIs and translate insights into actions.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, inspire and develop the store team to achieve sales and service objectives.
• Drive commercial performance through KPI analysis and action planning.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience that reflects the Napapijri brand values.

• Ensure excellent standards in Visual Merchandising and store presentation.
• Manage stock, operating processes and compliance requirements.
• Build a positive and high-performing store culture.
