FURLA in Cataluña is seeking a Retail Leader to drive store performance in a fast-paced fashion environment. You will guide a team to deliver outstanding customer experiences and achieve sales targets while upholding brand standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership, flexible shifts, strong communication, and a results-oriented mindset. You will collaborate with associates, protect store operations, and contribute to a positive, high-integrity team culture.

Formación

• Leadership experience in retail leadership roles.
• Retail leadership in a vertically integrated company is required.
• Knowledge of fashion markets is an asset.
• Hands-on mindset with practical problem solving.
• Availability to work flexible shifts.
• Experience with accessories is a plus.
• Results-oriented approach with high personal and team expectations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to foster an open, honest, positive team environment.

• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly individual and store sales goals, enhancing and developing the business.
• Work as a team player and partner with fellow associates, foster open and constructive communication, to ensure a consistent, exceptional experience and contribute to a positive working environment
• Provide an exceptional customer service experience by exceeding expectations, with excellent knowledge of products and brand history
• Drive and exceed individual KPI goals by ensuring the highest level of Customer Service and sales quality
• Capture meaningful customer data via CRM tools for relationship building and personalized development opportunities
• Discuss trends in fashion with clients and offer informed advice
• Contribute to the daily operations of the store
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Maintain security standards within the store

• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly individual and store sales goals, enhancing and developing the business
• Work as a team player and a partner with fellow associates, foster open and constructive communication, to ensure a consistent, exceptional experience and contribute to a positive working environment
• Provide an exceptional customer service experience by exceeding their expectations, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products as well as the Brand history
• Drive and exceed individual KPI goals, by ensuring the highest level of Customer Service and quality of sales
• Capture meaningful customer data according to the Company tools (CRM), for the purposes of connecting with the client, building relationships and personalizing future client development opportunities
• Ability to discuss with clients and give advice on general trends in the fashion world
• Contribute to the daily operations of the store
• Follow all company policies and procedure
• Maintain security standards within the store

KEY REQUIREMENTS
