Napapijri at La Roca Village is seeking an ambitious Store Manager to lead the team and drive performance in a premium retail environment. You will champion brand values while delivering outstanding customer experiences and maintaining high standards in store presentation and operations.

As a key brand ambassador, you will recruit, coach and develop talent, optimize visual merchandising, and ensure compliance.

Formación

• Previous Store Manager or equivalent retail leadership experience.
• Strong people management and coaching skills.
• Ability to analyze KPIs and act on insights.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop store team to hit sales and service targets.
• Drive KPI-based commercial performance and action plans.
