Job summary

Philipp Plein in Cataluña, Spain seeks a Sales Assistant to deliver a premium luxury customer experience and build relationships with local and international clients in our flagship store.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in premium/luxury retail.
• Fluent English is mandatory.

• Achieve individual and team targets (sales, UPT, ATV, conversion, etc.).
• Acquire, retain, and follow up with clients through CRM (clienteling).

• Support stock deliveries, inventory control, and daily operational tasks.

Your mission:

As a Sales Assistant in our flagship store, you will be a brand ambassador, delivering an outstanding luxury customer experience, building long-term relationships with local and international clients, and contributing to the overall store performance.

• CRM/clienteling experience.
