Ralph Lauren in Spain is seeking an experienced luxury retail leader to drive sales and deliver exceptional client experiences. You will lead a team, build lasting client relationships, and execute bespoke events while maintaining a deep knowledge of local market preferences.

The role emphasizes a customer-centric, high‑performance culture with strong brand storytelling across product categories, operations, and staff development. Fluency in English (C1) and local market insight are essential.

Formación

• Previous experience in luxury retail is required.
• Experience with clienteling and client appointments beneficial.
• Experience executing bespoke events and experiences for clients.
• Knowledge of the local market and potential clients' tastes and preferences.
• Proficiency in English (C1) with Russian, Arabic or French a plus.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Engagement

• Create an inclusive working environment with a customer‑centric mindset

Business Client Development

• Maximize the potential of all product categories through brand storytelling by delivering the brand image proposition to commercially enhance the journey
• Existing knowledge of the local market and competitor activity
• Build and foster strong, loyal relationships between clients and the brand

Operations

• Manage the store base staffing hours, review effectiveness to optimize store coverage, productivity and profitability
• Recruit, train and onboard as needed
• Analyze data, utilize reports and make conclusions to optimize performance and/or take correct action in collaboration with senior management
• Develop strategies to maximize sales opportunities whilst controlling cost through effective decision making

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
