Job summary

Marc Jacobs International is seeking a Sales Ambassador for our Las Rozas Village store. The role is part-time (20 hours) and focuses on delivering a premium client experience while promoting the Marc Jacobs brand.

As a store ambassador, you will build strong client relationships, maintain visual standards, and drive sales through expert product knowledge and fashion trend awareness. English fluency is essential, with additional languages a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales in a luxury, high fashion environment.
• Experience in selling RTW / LG.
• Excellent personal presentation and brand ambassador standards.
• Fluent English is essential; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Excite and install passion for the brand and act as a role model for the store team.
• Represent the brand image in the store and adhere to dress code and appearance guidelines.
• Maintain stock and support visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines.
• Welcome and educate clients about the brand, build relationships and grow a client book.
• Drive sales by introducing complementary products and delivering an exceptional client journey.

Marc Jacobs International, powered by the creative genius of Marc Jacobs, seeks a Sales Ambassador to join the Retail team based in Las Rozas Village.

As a Sales Ambassador for our new Las Rozas Village Store, you will be an Ambassador of the brand, effectively providing a great customer journey by building and maintaining loyal clients to maximize profitability and productivity.

This is a part-time, 20 hours role.

Job responsibilities

Brand Ambassador

• Excite and install passion and pride for the brand.
• Embody the brand image for customers and the store team and have a strong understanding of the brand DNA.
• Lead by example and demonstrate role model behaviour that is always representative of the brand adhering to the dress codes and appearance guidelines.

General Store VM/ Client Management

• Reflect the visual merchandising guidelines promoting the brand image.
• Enhance customer service standards in store to ensure the best client journey.

Sales/ Business Monitoring

• Welcome all clients to ensure they feel comfortable in the environment and educate them about the brand.
• Build and maintain a relationship with them.
• Introduce additional complementary products targeted to your client and share product knowledge to drive sales and achieve targets.
• Process the sale in a confident and professional manner.
• Gather the client’s CRM details to enlarge your client book.
• Drive your product knowledge by keeping up to date with fashion trends.
• Update yourself on all product lines through research.
• Ensure all Company policies and procedures are attended.
• Support control and management of stock.

Profile

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales in a luxury, high fashion environment
• Experience in selling RTW / LG
• Passion for fashion and sales
• A commitment to achieving and exceeding targets whilst focusing on the client’s needs and experience
• Excellent personal presentation – a Marc Jacobs Brand Ambassador
• Understanding of Retail KPIs
• A fluent level in English is essential and additional languages are an advantage
