Job summary

Rointe calefacción in Santomera, Murcia, is seeking a Sales & Admin Support to join the sales team and drive efficient order processing and customer service. The role focuses on accurate order handling, CRM use, and close collaboration with Area Sales Managers.

The ideal candidate has experience in similar roles, strong English, and the ability to work well in a team, with knowledge spanning purchasing, marketing and logistics. This is an on-site position at our facilities in Santomera.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the entire order process, ensuring that orders are processed correctly and on time.
• Ensure that customers are correctly parameterised in the system to optimise their experience and facilitate the management of their orders.
• Manage customer claims efficiently, ensuring a quick and satisfactory resolution.
• Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Constantly monitor order deliveries and ensure that they arrive on time and in the agreed conditions.
• Monitor industry and customer service related KPIs, ensuring compliance with set targets.
• Manage the company's CRM tool to maintain an organised and detailed record of all customer interactions.
• Providing assistance to customers on the use of our products, resolving doubts and providing customised solutions.
• Maintain fluid communication with Area Sales Managers to anticipate their needs and resolve incidents efficiently.
• Manage refund or compensation policies to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure that records of activities and communication with each Area Sales Managers are accurate and up to date.
• Create and improve procedures for customer feedback and complaint resolution.
