Qualifications

• Experience in a similar position.
• Native English.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Knowledge of purchasing, marketing and logistics.
• Sales experience.
• Strong ability to handle customers over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the entire order process, ensuring orders are processed correctly and on time.
• Ensure customers are correctly parameterised in the system to optimise their experience and manage orders.
• Manage customer claims efficiently, ensuring quick and satisfactory resolution.
• Meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Monitor order deliveries and ensure on-time arrival and proper conditions.
• Monitor KPIs related to customer service and ensure targets are met.
• Manage the company's CRM to maintain detailed records of all interactions.
• Provide product usage assistance and customised solutions to customers.
• Maintain communication with Area Sales Managers to anticipate needs and resolve incidents.
• Manage refunds or compensation policies to ensure satisfaction.
• Keep accurate records of activities and communications with Area Sales Managers.
• Create and improve procedures for customer feedback and complaint resolution.
