SiteMinder Limited is seeking an enthusiastic recent graduate for our Sales Academy Representative role in Barcelona. No prior SaaS experience is required as you will receive comprehensive training, coaching, and a dedicated buddy to help you develop in a supportive, international team.

You’ll start by learning how sales works, engaging with hotel owners, and gradually taking on more responsibility as you grow, with a structured training programme and clear targets to help you build confidence

Formación

• Recent graduate or someone seeking their first job.
• Fluent in German (C2) and comfortable communicating in English.
• Good communication skills and a positive, curious attitude.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a sales environment.

Responsabilidades

• Learn how sales works and how to engage with customers.
• Help hotel owners understand how SiteMinder products can support their business.
• Work towards clear goals with guidance and coaching.
• Present ideas and solutions with confidence over time.
