Job summary

Empiric is seeking a Project Manager to own a Sage ERP implementation and drive it from requirements to go-live, coordinating Finance, Procurement, Operations, Inventory and Manufacturing teams. You will run workshops, manage milestones, risks, and vendor relations, and lead testing and UAT to ensure business readiness.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and fluency in Spanish and English, with onsite work in Valencia (4–5 days per week).

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Sage ERP implementations.
• Strong ERP project management experience through to go-live.
• Excellent communication and facilitation abilities.
• Professional Spanish and English proficiency.
• Availability to work onsite in Valencia (4–5 days per week).

Responsibilities

• Lead Sage ERP implementation from requirements through to go-live.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Operations, Inventory and Manufacturing teams.
• Lead workshops translating business needs into clear project deliverables.
• Manage project plan, milestones, dependencies, risks and scope.
• Coordinate the Sage implementation partner and internal stakeholders.
• Lead testing and UAT to ensure the solution works for the business.
• Manage go-live readiness, training and transition into business-as-usual.
• Keep senior stakeholders informed and ensure decisions and issues are addressed quickly.
