Solved in Valencia is seeking a Junior Implementation Project Manager to lead SaaS deployments at manufacturing clients. You will plan setups, run configuration sessions, train users and own first-ticket to final fix support, collaborating closely with our CS Lead.

You will manage client implementations as projects, coordinate timelines, and adapt the platform to each client’s quality processes. This role offers growth into end-to-end implementations as the team expands.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in software implementation, customer support, project coordination or a similar role.
• Very organized: track every task, follow up on time and close every loop.
• Comfortable with software tools and curious about how products work.
• Clear communication with clients
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage each client implementation as a project: scope, timeline, stakeholders and go-live.
• Run configuration sessions with new clients (structure, templates, fields, users, plants).
• Set up and adapt the platform to each client's quality processes.
• Train key users and help clients get value from the platform quickly.
• Act as first point of contact for support requests and solve configuration and how-to questions.
• Investigate bugs: collect details from clients and create clear, reproducible tickets for the development team.
• Follow each issue until it is fixed and confirm the resolution with the client.
• Run light follow-up with a group of smaller accounts.
• Keep all client activity documented in HubSpot (notes, tickets, next steps).
