ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions in Spain is seeking a Data Workstream Manager to drive data readiness, governance, and migration across global ERP deployments. The role acts as the link between business, IT, and external partners to ensure high-quality data and seamless integrations.

You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate data exchange between ERP and connected systems, and establish standards that minimize deployment risk while supporting business continuity across regions.

Formación

• This role requires 7+ years in ERP data migration, governance, or MDM.
• Experience with large-scale ERP implementations in international/multi-site settings.
• Strong understanding of data integration concepts (APIs, middleware, ETL) and ERP data structures.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to manage complex cross-functional data activities.
• Fluent English and comfortable working in a global, collaborative environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the data & integration workstream across global ERP deployment waves.
• Own data readiness and migration processes, including planning, validation, and go-live support.
• Establish and enforce data governance standards, data quality, and harmonization across regions.
• Coordinate integration strategy and ensure seamless data exchange between ERP and aligned systems.
• Work jointly with business, IT, and external partners to ensure successful deployment and stabilization.
