Beyond is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to join our growing team in Spain. You will manage our largest customers and those who have an outsourced revenue manager as part of our Guidance offering, delivering a white-glove experience and collaborating with the Revenue Management team.

You will ensure customers succeed and stay with Beyond as we lead the market in short-term rental Revenue Management.

Formación

• 3+ years in customer success or revenue management.
• Fluency in English and French with SaaS experience.
• Experience with data analysis and Excel datasets.

Responsabilidades

• Drive adoption, retention and satisfaction for assigned accounts.
• Provide analyses on booking trends and pricing performance.
• Build relationships using a consultative approach to become a trusted extension of their team.
• Train clients on the basics of revenue management and tool usage.
• Secure renewals and identify expansion opportunities.
• Lead regular meetings with key stakeholders to align goals.
