Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in B2B SaaS sales with proven closing track record.
• Senior AE or strong IC who wants to stay hands-on.
• Excellent soft skills: resilience, empathy, top-notch communication.

Responsibilities

• Coaching daily, joining calls, and providing real-time feedback.
• Lead by example with your own commercial activity and deal involvement.
