Factorial is seeking an Account Executive for the French market to develop their career in SaaS sales. You will own the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to discovery, product demos, negotiation and closing with B2B clients.

Join a fast-paced, international team and build long-term relationships with C-level executives. Competitive salary grid (34,000€ to 52,000€ OTE) with a 70/30 fixed/variable split and uncapped monthly variable.

Qualifications

• Experience closing sales deals, including handling objections and leading negotiations to turn opportunities into customers.
• Ability to manage a full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to closing.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with C-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to discovery, demos, negotiation, and closing.
• Engage B2B French-market prospects via calls, LinkedIn, and email campaigns.
• Lead discovery calls and tailored product demos linking needs to Factorial value.
• Build and manage your own sales pipeline and drive deals through the cycle.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, CX, and Product teams.
