IKIGAI Talent Group is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead customer onboarding and implementation after the sales process. You will be the main contact from contract signature through launch, coordinating stakeholders to keep implementations on schedule.

You will own end-to-end processes, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with Product, Development, Customer Success, and Sales to resolve issues and improve onboarding. This role offers a hybrid working model with Barcelona-based work.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, customer onboarding, or similar client-facing roles.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong organization and attention to detail when managing customer projects.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end customer implementation and onboarding for new customers.
• Manage multiple implementations with different timelines and priorities.
• Define implementation plans, milestones, responsibilities, and launch dates.
• Lead kickoff and implementation meetings to move projects toward launch.
• Coordinate data migration, configuration, content setup, integrations, and training.
