Jobgether in Spain is seeking an Associate Implementation Consultant to lead client onboarding for our HR and payroll SaaS solutions. You will translate requirements into actionable implementation plans and guide customers from kickoff to handover.

You’ll coordinate with product, engineering, and customer success teams in a fast-paced, fully remote setting, managing multiple projects and stakeholders with clear communication.

Formación

• 1–3 years in customer-facing roles such as project coordination or onboarding.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Excellent English communication, written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and support end-to-end client implementation projects from onboarding to milestones.
• Serve as primary contact during implementation, liaising between customers and internal teams.
• Assist in sales-to-implementation transition with context-rich handover.
• Facilitate kickoff calls, project plans and status updates with stakeholders.
• Track progress, maintain documentation, and highlight next steps for all parties.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and support to resolve challenges efficiently.
• Ensure successful handover to customer success after onboarding.
