Payhawk is seeking an Implementation Manager in Barcelona to lead customer onboarding and drive product adoption. In this role, you will be crucial in ensuring clients maximize their use of Payhawk's spending management solution, delivering tailored training and support to new users.

You will work closely with customers to customize their accounts and align Payhawk's features with their business needs. Ideal candidates will have experience in SaaS and be fluently bilingual in French.

Formación

• 2+ years as a Customer Success Specialist or Project Manager in a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Native/near-native level of French.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the onboarding process for new customers by understanding their needs.
• Develop and execute customized project plans for each client.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers for product alignment.
