EQS Group in Barcelona is seeking an Implementation Manager to guide customers from kickoff to go-live, blending project coordination, product understanding and clear communication to build trust early in the journey and lay the foundation for long-term customer satisfaction, engagement, and retention.

Formación

• Completed university degree or equivalent professional experience.
• First professional experience in B2B SaaS, software implementation, onboarding, or project coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Own and coordinate end-to-end customer implementation projects for EQS compliance solutions, from kickoff and planning through go-live and handover.
• Guide customers through milestones, timelines, deliverables, trainings, and workshops to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Translate customer needs into structured implementation plans, advise on configuration decisions and rollout approach, and contribute feedback that helps improve our products and internal processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering and other internal stakeholders to keep projects on track and resolve issues proactively.
• Manage project delivery by monitoring timelines, scope, risks, issues, dependencies, escalations, and next steps in a structured and customer-oriented way.
• Support go-live preparation, validate key implementation documentation, and collaborate with Customer Success and Support to ensure a smooth post-launch handover that sets the foundation for long-term customer satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
