Jobtailor is seeking a Contract Manager to review, draft and negotiate sales contracts, ensuring compliance with templates and company policies. You will identify risks early and work with Sales, Legal, Finance and other stakeholders to finalize terms.

Fluency in English and Spanish is essential; Portuguese is a plus. You will manage contracts through intake to execution, driving efficiency and high-quality documents in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in law or equivalent with 3–5 years of Contract Management, commercial contracting or legal operations experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail; ability to review agreements against templates, policies and fallback positions.
• Sound legal and commercial judgment with ability to assess issues and escalate with context.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; translate contracting issues into clear advice for Sales and stakeholders.
• Strong ownership, prioritization and organizational skills in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management tools such as Conga or Luminance is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Review, draft and negotiate sales contracts and related documents in line with templates and policies.
• Identify non-standard terms and contracting risks early.
• Apply sound judgment to routine and moderately complex contracting issues and propose practical solutions.
• Proactively manage contract matters from intake through execution; track status and approvals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance and other internal stakeholders to finalize requirements.
• Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders, providing realistic ETAs and concise advice.
• Prepare clean, accurate contract documents reflecting agreed services and terms.
• Use contract management systems and approved tools to enhance efficiency and drafting quality.
• Identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve templates and processes.
