A high technology company in Leganés is expanding its Finance Team and seeks a detail-oriented professional for invoicing management. Responsibilities include generating invoices, managing billing, and resolving any related issues. The ideal candidate will have vocational training in Administration or Finance, experience in invoicing, and advanced skills in invoicing software and Excel. Formación

In order to meet the future challenges of the company, we require the expansion of our Finance Team.

Responsibilities
  • Generate, review, and send invoices to clients accurately and timely.
  • Manage recurring and extraordinary billing.
  • Control payments and record income, coordinating with the accounting department.
  • Resolve issues related to invoices, returns, or adjustments.
  • Keep customer and supplier records up-to-date in the system.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and accounting reconciliations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper administrative and financial management.
Qualifications
  • Minimum qualifications: Vocational Training in Administration, Finance, or similar.
  • Previous experience in invoicing or administration (1 year preferred).
  • Advanced knowledge of invoicing software and Excel.
  • Strength in organization, attention to detail, and time management.
  • Proactive
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Effective communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to cross-functional teams.
  • Languages: English B2
