A technology solutions provider in Valencia seeks NCC Operators for 24/7 frontline operations. You'll handle monitoring, event management, and Tier-1 troubleshooting across various environments including cloud and satellite systems. Candidates must have at least 1 year of relevant operations experience, ITIL certification, and English proficiency at CEFR B2 or higher. This role requires working rotational shifts on-site. Formación

• Minimum 1 year of relevant NCC / NOC / ICT operations experience.
• ITIL v3 or ITIL 4 Foundation certification is required.
• English proficiency at CEFR B2 level or above.
• Ability to work rotational shifts, 24x7, on-site.

Responsabilidades

• Perform continuous monitoring across network, servers, storage, satellite, RF infrastructure, security devices, public cloud, and M365.
• Handle event management and alarm triage.
• Perform Tier-1 troubleshooting following approved SOPs.
• Escalate incidents to Tier-2 engineering teams and external service providers.
• Maintain incident records in ITSM/CRM tools.

Conocimientos

NCC / NOC / ICT operations experience

ITIL certification

English proficiency: CEFR B2

Ability to work rotational 24×7 shifts on-site
