Intuitive Surgical is seeking a Clinical Sales Associate to maximize the utilization of the da Vinci Surgical System. The role involves implementing sales plans, training teams, and supporting robotics programs across the territory.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in medical device sales or healthcare, strong interpersonal skills, and fluency in English and the local language, with up to 70% travel expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years in medical device sales or healthcare.
• Proven sales support or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and local language.
• Willingness to travel up to 70%.

Responsabilidades

• Implement the clinical sales plan to drive utilization of the da Vinci Surgical System.
• Become a da Vinci Surgery expert across core indications to support robotics programs.
• Support regional Sales and Marketing events to raise system awareness.
• Develop a Surgery plan for each team to ensure independent use within time frames.
• Drive system utilization by reviewing cases with surgical teams.
• Expand the user base by engaging hospital staff and KOLs with the Clinical Sales Manager.
• Lead training sessions on system operations and OR integration.
• Provide case support and guidance to the surgical team.
• Manage administrative tasks, reporting, and expense submissions.
