Intuitive Surgical is seeking a Clinical Sales Associate to maximize the use of the da Vinci Surgical System across core indications. You will implement the clinical sales plan, train surgical teams, and support events to increase adoption.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, fluency in English and local language, and up to 70% travel. You will collaborate with hospital staff and KOLs to expand usage and ensure patient access to robotic-assisted surgery.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years in medical device sales or support/training.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Implement clinical sales plan to drive utilization of the da Vinci Surgical System.
• Become a da Vinci Surgery expert across core indications for the region.
• Support regional Sales and Marketing events to raise system awareness and adoption.
• Develop a da Vinci Surgery plan for each surgical team to enable independent use.
• Drive system utilization by reviewing cases with surgical teams.
• Expand user base by engaging hospital staff and thought leaders.
• Lead training sessions covering system operations and OR integration.
• Provide case support and guidance to surgical teams.
• Handle administrative tasks and reporting of sales activities.
