Job summary

Intuitive, a leader in robotic-assisted surgery, seeks a Da Vinci Clinical Sales Associate to maximize utilization of the da Vinci Surgical System across core indications. The role includes training surgical teams, developing regional plans, and expanding the user base while traveling up to 70% in the field.

The candidate will act as a Medical Device Consultant in Austria and Germany after required training, supporting cross-border deployment and program development for growth in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and local language as required.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% in the field.

Responsibilities

• Implement the clinical sales plan to drive utilization of the da Vinci Surgical System.
• Become a da Vinci Surgery expert across core indications for the region.
• Support regional Sales and Marketing events to raise system awareness and adoption.
• Develop a da Vinci Surgery plan for each surgical team to ensure independent use.
• Drive system utilization by collaborating with surgical teams on case selection and usage.
• Expand user base by engaging hospital staff and KOLs; support from Clinical Sales Manager.
• Lead training sessions on system operations, OR integration, and da Vinci Surgery applications.
• Provide case support and act as a resource to the surgical team.
• Manage administrative tasks, reporting, and expense submissions.
• Act as Medical Device Consultant in Austria and Germany after training.
