Intuitive Surgical seeks a Clinical Territory Associate (CTA) in Lugones, Spain. The role develops both technical and clinical skills in the first year, then progresses to sales focus in year two.

You will support regional demonstrations, in-services, and customer training while advancing product adoption of the da Vinci system. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, 1 year of sales or leadership experience, and fluency in English and the local language.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1 year sales experience or 1 year leadership experience.
• Fluent in English and local language as required.

Mansioni

• Case Support: provide guidance, insight, and training on the da Vinci Surgical System.
• Product Demonstrations/In-Services: lead technical in-services for customers including OR staff and surgeons.
• Selling Activities: contribute to quarterly sales goals through product demos, in-services, and customer trainings.
• Customer Support: coordinate regional events to raise system awareness and adoption.
• Administrative Duties: manage reporting, expenses, and ISU modules.
• Act as a Medical Device Consultant after training, providing guidance on handling of Intuitive devices.
