papernest is seeking a Business Analyst Intern to join the Revenue Operations team starting January 2027 for 6 months in a hybrid setup in Spain. You will centralize RevOps and Sales tooling, ensure a single source of truth, and collaborate across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Data teams to streamline processes.

You will gain hands-on experience with HubSpot/Salesforce, no-code integrations, and data analysis while supporting onboarding and best practices across the org.

Formación

• Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing operational datasets.
• Familiarity with no-code/low-code automation tools is a plus.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French/Spanish/Italian is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Centralize and manage the RevOps, Sales & CS tech stack to create a unified source of truth.
• Administer, maintain and optimize tooling to reduce redundancies and data silos.
• Map and scale workflows ensuring governance and end-to-end compliance.
• Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, Marketing, CS and Data teams to identify bottlenecks.
• Own user support, onboarding, training, and drive adoption of best practices.
• Monitor tool usage metrics, KPIs and ROI; propose improvements.
• Research, pilot and recommend no-code/low-code integrations for growth.
