papernest is seeking a motivated 6-month Sales Operations intern in Barcelona to join our international team starting January 2027. You will assist the SalesOps Lead, configure no-code tools, and automate processes with the Technical team to improve sales efficiency.

You will analyze sales data, build dashboards, and run ad hoc analyses using SQL and Google Sheets. Remote work is available one day per week, and a strong emphasis on learning and collaboration is offered.

Formación

• Curiosity and a desire to learn, especially in data and technology.
• The Sales Operations position will rapidly require mastery of our technical tools (Salesforce, BigQuery, Looker Studio, Jira, Github).
• Knowledge of at least one programming language (SQL, Python, Java, JSON) is a plus.
• Analytical mindset: problem-solver who drafts action plans.
• Hands-on: able to perform daily tasks on the field.
• Ownership: autonomous and able to manage multiple projects.
• Enthusiasm: positive attitude and creative problem-solving.
• Team player with good communication.
• Fluent in English and French; Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the SalesOps Lead to manage simple configuration on no-code tools.
• Improve processes by developing automation with the technical team.
• Analyze sales data and deploy action plans to hit operational targets.
• Use dashboards and enhance data visualization for stakeholders.
• Deliver ad hoc analyses using GSheet and SQL.
• Run A/B tests and iterate to find optimal solutions.
• Address discrepancies and drive objective achievement.
• Communicate results to key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product & Tech, Training and external partners to resolve incidents and improve processes in an agile way.
