papernest is hiring a Strategy & Operations intern to support Finance Operations in billing, invoicing, and payments, starting January 2027 for a 6-month period. You will help automate processes, monitor data integrity, and drive efficiency across departments in a fast-growing European scale-up.

The role offers exposure to cross-functional teams (Customer Care and Tech/Product) and the chance to implement strategic improvements while learning in a dynamic, international environment.

Formación

• Background in business or engineering.
• Strong analytical and data skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive mindset with initiative to improve processes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and optimize workflows.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and interest in data tools (SQL, BigQuery, Python 2.0).
• Fluent in Spanish and English; French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-End Billing: manage data, invoicing, and payment files.
• Internal Control: design monitoring tools and synchronize data across platforms.
• Recovery Strategy: analyze payment failures and propose solutions.
• Cross-Functional Synergy: liaise with Customer Care and Tech/Product teams.
