Jobtailor in Barcelona is seeking a data-driven Sales Operations Intern to support CRM workflows and data hygiene. You will source and qualify leads across DACH markets, help SDRs focus on high-potential opportunities, and analyze sales trends to uncover growth opportunities.

You will work with HubSpot, Salesloft, and Metabase, develop strong organizational habits, and communicate in English and one of several European languages. This is a full-time 5–6 month placement in a collaborative team.

Formación

• Analytical mindset and data-driven approach to research sales leads.
• Interest in sales, growth, and CRM tools for pipeline optimization.
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented working style.
• Proficiency in English and at least one of French/Spanish/Dutch or German.
• Experience with Google Sheets/Excel; HubSpot is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Source, qualify, and enrich leads across DACH markets to keep CRM accurate and insightful.
• Maintain and optimize data in HubSpot, Salesloft, and Metabase, ensuring a clean and reliable sales pipeline.
• Support Sales Operations by improving CRM workflows and documenting key processes.
• Pre-qualify inbound leads and assist SDRs in focusing on high-potential opportunities.
• Analyze sales performance and market trends to identify new growth opportunities.
