New Era Cap is seeking a data-driven Intern to join the Sales analytics team in Barcelona. You will gather, structure and analyse sales data across key accounts, build reporting tools and support decision-making with data-driven insights.

Reporting to the Key Account Manager, you will develop Excel-based models, track revenue, margins, stock and performance KPIs, and collaborate with merchandising, marketing and operations to improve commercial outcomes.

Formación

• Strong analytical aptitude and numerical skills.
• Advanced or intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel / AI.
• Basic understanding of retail maths and commercial KPIs.
• High attention to detail and structured approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Interest in retail, sports or lifestyle industry.

Responsabilidades

• Support the preparation of sales reports, dashboards and performance tracking tools.
• Analyse sell-in and sell-out data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Assist in building and maintaining Excel-based reporting files and models.
• Track key KPIs such as revenue, margins, sell-through and stock levels.
• Support forecasting and planning processes with data consolidation and analysis.
• Work closely with Key Account Managers to monitor account performance.
• Analyse bestsellers, price points and product performance to support commercial decisions.
• Identify slow sellers and support recommendations for corrective actions.
• Assist in the preparation of internal presentations and business reviews.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and reliability across different sources.
• Collaborate with merchandising, marketing and operations teams.
