Kantox, a fintech backed by BNP Paribas, seeks a Director of Revenue Operations in Barcelona. You will own the RevOps function, lead cross-functional teams across Sales, Implementation, Customer Success and Marketing, and coordinate with BNP Paribas leadership to scale commercial initiatives.

You will guide AI-enabled workflows, forecast rigor, and pricing strategies, reporting to the CCO, in a hybrid Barcelona office setting.

Formación

• 7+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, or commercial planning, preferably in SaaS.
• Proven experience managing strategic relationships with C-Level stakeholders.
• Strong financial acumen across budget planning, forecasting, revenue recognition, and KPI analysis.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic Direction and RevOps with the Chief Commercial Officer, and align with BNP Paribas commercial leadership.
• Own the RevOps function, and drive cross-team collaboration (Sales, Implementation, Customer Success, Marketing).
• Represent the commercial organisation in BNP Paribas meetings, KPI reporting, and pipeline intelligence.
• Improve revenue processes using AI and the existing tech stack, and optimise pricing strategies.
• Oversee RevOps tech stack and dashboards (Power BI, Salesforce), ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
• Design and monitor commission plans, SPIFF programs, and budget alignment with Finance.
