Jobtailor is seeking a versatile Founders Associate to join the core team in Barcelona. You will help build the company, support customers, and manage day-to-day backoffice and accounting tasks, collaborating closely with executive management to accelerate operational decisions.

In this dynamic startup, you will design improved workflows, coordinate internal processes, and ensure reliable execution while maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

Formación

• Outgoing communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor’s or equivalent in business administration or related field.
• Structured, organized and able to work independently in a fast-paced startup.
• Proficient with CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive) and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Aid in company building and core team activities to establish the brand.
• Provide excellent customer service with inquiries on orders, invoices, products and deliveries.
• Support backoffice and administrative tasks, coordinate processes and ensure reliability.
