Job summary

Fever, the world’s leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is seeking a Revenue Operations professional in Madrid. You will own end-to-end distribution analytics, build dashboards, and shape growth strategies across 40+ countries.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with a hands-on mindset to drive impact. You will work in a hybrid setup with a central Madrid office, collaborating with Supply, Product, Marketing, and external resellers to scale revenue and optimize

Qualifications

• Engineering background required.
• 3-5 years in analytics, growth, or strategy in high-growth startups or demanding environments.
• Strong business and commercial acumen: connect data to revenue impact and defend a strategy.
• Proficient with experimentation, funnel and cohort analysis, unit economics and business-case modeling.
• Basic SQL and automated dashboards experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence.
• Fluent English and Spanish; third language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own distribution performance analysis end-to-end: KPIs, dashboards, strategy.
• Build dashboards and a single source of truth by product, vertical, partner, and geography.
• Size and prioritize channels, build revenue models, and design go-to-market plans for new platforms.
• Scope, run, and analyze experiments and translate insights into playbooks and roadmaps.
• Diagnose workflows to refocus the team on high-ROI opportunities.
• Partner with external resellers and internal teams across 40+ countries to scale revenue.
