Fever, the world’s leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is seeking a data/ops-minded professional in Madrid. You will design processes, perform ad-hoc analyses, and drive cross-team initiatives to optimize operations and profitability across Fever’s global units.

You should have a 0–2 year track record in related fields, hold a technical degree, and be fluent in Spanish and English. The role offers a dynamic, international environment and strong growth opportunities within

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience (e.g. consulting, operations, or tech-related roles)
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Experience coding in SQL, Python, MATLAB, or similar languages
• Structured problem-solving – able to break down complex problems into clear steps
• Fast learner thriving in dynamic environments with daily challenges at Fever

Responsibilities

• Design and implement new processes and tools to contribute to Fever’s worldwide growth, maximizing profit and productivity.
• Identify key improvement areas for each Fever business unit by developing ad-hoc analyses (production, time-to-market, invoicing, marketing).
• Participate in company-wide strategic projects focused on smooth operations and cross-team communications to meet BP.
• Search for new features (new software, AI agents, dashboards) to enhance impact.
• Identify and select best solutions considering client satisfaction, cost and profitability
