Fever, the world’s leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is seeking a data-driven Analyst to own distribution data and analytics across markets. You’ll build dashboards, run experiments, and shape go-to-market strategies with partners and internal teams.

You’ll work in Madrid from a hub in the heart of the city, with home-office flexibility and a strong emphasis on data quality and impact. English and Spanish proficiency are required, and prior BI tool experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in a STEM field or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in analytics/growth/strategy within high-growth environments.
• Advanced SQL plus proficiency in one or more BI tools (Looker/Tableau/Power BI/Metabase).
• Strong analytical toolkit and data-driven mindset.
• Process-improvement minded with an ability to optimize reporting cadences.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end distribution data & performance analysis, from metrics to dashboards and strategy.
• Build and automate dashboards by product, vertical, partner, geography.
• Run channel sizing, prioritization, and revenue models for new platforms/partnerships.
• Collaborate with external partners and internal teams to hit performance targets and scale revenue.
• Design and analyze experiments across channels and translate insights into playbooks and roadmaps.
• Identify gaps in processes and reporting to improve ROI and efficiency.
• Collaborate across markets in an international 40+ country footprint to share best practices.
