Fever, a global leader in culture and live entertainment technology, is seeking a Revenue Operations Senior Manager to shape and optimize the commercial engine across Fever’s teams. You will design and implement core processes, drive efficiency, and partner with leaders to deliver measurable improvements in a fast-paced, multinational setting.

You will lead a small team, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and play a key role in expanding Fever’s footprint across markets, including travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related STEM field.
• 8+ years of experience in operations, strategy, or a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in SQL and VBA/AppScript (Python is a plus).
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities; capable of engaging diverse audiences and driving change.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and optimize core processes for Fever's commercial teams to align with growth objectives.
• Identify bottlenecks and deliver impactful operational improvements.
• Lead end-to-end projects across markets and regions (up to 40 countries).
• Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of up to five people.
• Collaborate cross-functionally in a multinational environment.
