Teleperformance SE in Barcelona seeks a Revenue Operations Analyst to design data foundations, reporting and dashboards across client programs, and to drive reliable data practices in Salesforce, Google Sheets and BigQuery.

You will lead a small team of data analysts, standardize metrics, and collaborate with sales, finance and IT to improve pipeline visibility, win rates and process efficiency. Strong data engineering discipline is expected.

Formación

• 4+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations analytics or BI with sales and CRM data.
• Advanced Salesforce reporting: cross-object, custom types, dashboards, scheduled reports.
• Advanced Google Sheets and Apps Script: structured data design, automation, scheduled imports, quality checks.
• Strong SQL skills; experience with BigQuery.
• Hands-on with Looker Studio or Tableau for dashboards.
• Clear understanding of B2B sales funnels: pipeline, conversion, win rate.
• Ability to explain technical limits to non-technical stakeholders and negotiate.
• Experience mentoring analysts or leading a small team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the team of data analysts, set priorities and templates.
• Design and maintain data foundations across client programs.
• Build automated, reliable reporting flows (Looker Studio, Tableau, Salesforce, Sheets).
• Partner with client stakeholders to address data access and tool needs.
• Guide GTM engineering initiatives to improve pipeline and processes.
• Ensure data quality and reconcile numbers with client and finance figures.
