PRIMARK in Madrid seeks a Recruiter for the Resourcing team (People & Culture) for a 12‑month assignment. You will post and screen vacancies, manage BrassRing and Workday for new hires, and coordinate interviews, assessments, and reference checks with senior retail management.

You will engage external agencies for bulk recruitment and manage LinkedIn Recruiter to find senior candidates. Fluency in English and Portuguese at required levels is essential in this fast-paced role.

Formación

• Experience in resourcing and recruitment, incl. interviews and assessment centers.
• Experience in a recruitment consultancy managing retail selection processes.
• Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Labour Relations or related field completed in the last 3 years.
• Attention to detail and planning skills.
• Highly resilient with strong communication and influence abilities.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multitasking and prioritization.
• Hands-on, commercially oriented and service driven.
• Excellent relationship building and customer focus.
• Change management capability and confidentiality mindset.
• High English level (C1); Portuguese at least B1.
• Strong Office IT skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Word.

Responsabilidades

• Recruitment: manage external candidates, post and screen vacancies, and coordinate hiring stages.
• Systems: manage BrassRing and Workday integrations for new hires.
• LinkedIn: manage Recruiter account to identify candidates for senior positions.
• Evaluation: oversee screening, online assessments, and reference checks.
• Collaborate with external agencies to optimize performance and volumes.
• Bulk recruitment support for high-volume needs.
• Coordinate all stages for candidate hire.
• Support People and Culture projects as needed.
