Job summary

Primark is recruiting a Talent Acquisition Manager, Iberia, to lead recruitment across Spain and Portugal and translate regional priorities into market delivery. You will partner with People & Culture leaders to attract, engage and hire high-quality talent for both store openings and ongoing operations.

The role encompasses internal mobility, employer branding, recruitment transformation, and data-driven hiring decisions to strengthen Primark's position as an employer of choice in Iberia.

Qualifications

• Significant experience within Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or Resourcing.
• End-to-end recruitment strategy delivery across multiple areas.
• Strong partner to senior leaders and People & Culture stakeholders.
• Experience with workforce planning, employer branding and process optimization.
• Knowledge of recruitment metrics and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Talent Acquisition strategies across Iberia aligned with regional priorities.
• Partner with People & Culture and leaders to anticipate hiring demand and build proactive attraction solutions.
• Drive recruitment performance through planning, pipelining and market mapping.
• Lead internal mobility, talent development and succession initiatives.
• Oversee new store openings and expansion recruitment plans.
• Champion employer branding and external partnerships to expand market reach.
• Ensure governance, compliance and high-quality candidate experiences.
