Primark is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager, Iberia, to lead recruitment across Spain and Portugal. You will partner with People & Culture leaders, drive workforce planning, and own employer branding for rapid retail expansion.

Strong stakeholder management and data-driven decisions are essential for success in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, Iberia, you will oversee internal mobility, new store openings, and recruitment transformation

Formación

• Significant experience within Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or Resourcing functions, ideally in a fast-paced, multi-site or retail environment.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end recruitment strategies across multiple business areas.
• Strong experience partnering with senior business leaders and People & Culture stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success in workforce planning, talent attraction, employer branding and recruitment process optimisation.
• Experience managing recruitment projects involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, workforce analytics and data-driven decision making.
• Experience supporting organisational growth, transformation or large-scale hiring programmes.
• Knowledge of relevant employment legislation and recruitment compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to align talent decisions with business objectives.
• High level of English and Spanish; Portuguese would be advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the delivery of Talent Acquisition strategies across Iberia, ensuring alignment with regional priorities and workforce requirements.
• Partner with People & Culture and business leaders to forecast hiring demand and build proactive talent attraction solutions.
• Drive recruitment excellence through workforce planning, talent pipelining and market mapping.
• Lead internal mobility and talent development initiatives across Iberia.
• Provide TA leadership for new store openings and expansion projects.
• Champion employer branding and external partnerships to expand market reach.
• Monitor recruitment performance with data and metrics to improve processes and outcomes.
• Oversee vendor relationships and drive direct hiring where possible.
